Job Requirements

We are looking for Functional HR in our team who will be responsible for:
​

Candidate possess at least a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering / Finance / Accounting / Management / Information Technology or equivalent
-
Minimum IPK >= 3.00 (Scale 4.00)

Having a good Interpersonal , communication, presentation skill, teamwork and learning capability
-
Strong self – high motivation, team work, learning capability & time management skill
-
Required Skill(s): analytical skill and knowledge of business process

Fluent English (speaking and writing)

At least 3 years experiences as Functional Consultant for Payroll Module or Oracle Cloud/Fusion for Talent Management area Implementation

Job Descriptions

Identify and Gather user Business Requirement

Mapping requirements to product module related

Provide design solutions

Configure and Setting up the Application System to support proposed model

Running System integration testing dan User Acceptance Test

Training user

Develop project documentation

Report activity to Project Manager

Collaborate with other project team member.
